Data controller

The controller of the personal data received through this site is HB Prospectiva S.A.S., NIT (Colombian tax ID) 902.087.766-9, the Colombian company that operates OPIW. We process data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing regulations. For any privacy question you can write to us at [email protected].

What information we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect the data you enter: name, work email, company, phone number and your consent. We do not ask for sensitive data. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical browser signals and your IP address to check that the request comes from a person.

How we use your data

We use the data only to answer your request, arrange a demo, assessment or pilot, and follow up on that same conversation. The legal basis is the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

How it is processed and who we share it with

Your request is sent by email to the OPIW team through Cloudflare Email Routing and received by our email provider, PurelyMail. It is not stored in a database of the site. Cloudflare also hosts the site and provides its security services.

These providers act as processors and may handle the data on servers outside your country, including the United States. By submitting the form you authorize that transfer, limited to the purposes described here.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to answer you and, if it becomes a business relationship, for as long as that relationship lasts. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask, we delete it from our mailboxes.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use our own cookies or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages they view; it uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site against bots and abuse.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct or delete your data, ask how we use it and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at [email protected] stating your request and we will reply within the time limits set by the applicable law. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority; in Colombia, the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and its effective date.
